USED Stephan vertical mixer cutter (VCM) model VCM 44A/1. This VCM has 45-quart bowl capacity. It can be used for kneading dough, shredding cheese, or a host of other food prep operations. The Stephan VCM 44A/1 has an all-stainless-steel bowl that tilts passed 90 degrees for easy unloading, pushbutton, start/stop controls, a digital timer control, and a clear plexiglass viewing window on the bowl top that can be used to add ingredients.

Note: This USED Stephan VCM 44A/1 is being supplied with a dough blade. It does not include a knife-cutting blade assembly.
