Every restaurant kitchen needs a commercial hand sink. One of the best ways to prevent cross-contamination and the potential for foodborne illness in your restaurant is by encouraging employees to wash their hands between tasks as required by local health departments. The easiest way to do that is to make hand washing convenient. Putting hand sinks close to each area of the kitchen—prep, cooking, storage, and warewashing—not only makes employee hand washing convenient, but serves as a reminder to do it. We have an array of kitchen handwashing sinks that can fit practically any space. Hand sinks as small as 12” x 16” and up to 24” x 17-1/2” with or without side splash guards, are constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel, and are available with traditional, hands-free and knee-operated gooseneck faucets.
