Refrigerated prep tables provide a refrigerated base cabinet that you can customize with doors or drawers for backup bulk ingredients, and a top that has a large cold well for ingredient pans and a workspace which can hold a cutting board from 8” to 17” deep and as wide as the model you choose. Pan rails in these attractive, mobile sandwich and salad prep tables have hinged glass or stainless steel covers or roll-back hoods that keep the ingredients in the well cold when the prep table’s not in use. Pan rails can be configured to hold a variety of pans sizes based on the amount of each ingredient you use, and mega-top models have an even larger size ingredient well than standard units to hold a greater variety of ingredients.
