The stamped blade is thin and maneuverable to slice hams or carve large roasts with ease. The hidden tang is set into an ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free white polypropylene handle that offers exceptional comfort and reduces arm and hand fatigue. The handle also has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the 12" stainless steel roast beef slicer knife provides excellent cutting performance and will withstand heavy duty use.
