Constructed from sturdy welded aluminum, the rolling sheet pan rack is extremely durable to withstand use in your commercial restaurant, bakery or catering operation, and has a capacity of up to 650 Lbs. The rack is mounted on four 5" swivel casters, two with locking brakes, for easy maneuvering. Fully assembled, the NSF listed bakery rack measures 27-1/2" x 22" x 70".
