The versatile 3 horsepower commercial blender’s powerful 1050-watt motor can take on practically any blending task, and both variable speed control and a pulse switch let you fine-tune your results from chopping to puréeing at up to 38,000 RPM. The two-in-one stainless steel blade assembly gives you the smooth blending capability of an X-blade and the heavy-duty crushing capability of a wing-blade. The result is a multi-function industrial wet and dry food blender that can handle applications from grinding ice for frozen drinks in the bar to blending ingredients for salad dressing in the kitchen.
The generous 2L container is made from shatter-resistant BPA-free plastic and features measurement lines in 50-Cl increments. The two-piece lid has a built-in tamper stick to stir ingredients and push them into the cutting blades. Simple, easy-to-use controls consist of an On/Off switch, variable speed control knob, and Pulse switch.
