The Hoshizaki KM-350MAJ is part of Hoshizaki’s slim-line KM Edge series of modular commercial ice machines. It can produce up to 489 pounds of ice in 24 hours when operating within a 70-degree ambient room temperature.

This commercial ice machine is designed to fit directly on Hoshizaki’s 22” wide ice storage bins (ice storage bins sold separately). It can also be mounted on a Hoshizaki ice storage bin that is wider than 22” with the proper Hoshizaki ice storage bin top kit (bin top kits sold separately).

This KM-350MAJ commercial ice machine produces Hoshizaki’s crescent-style ice cubes, which measure 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1 1/8. The crescent ice cube is crystal clear and does not melt as fast as traditional cubes, helping not to water down drinks perfect for use in bars.

Constructed with a stainless steel doubled-side evaporator, consider the evaporator as an ice cube tray; the KM-350MAJ makes more ice in less time, saving energy and operating costs. It is an air-cooled compressor with removable air filters and uses R-404A refrigerant.

Hoshizaki’s H-GUARD Plus, an antimicrobial agent, is designed into the key components of the ice machine in direct contact with the ice to help prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and other contaminants.

Hoshizaki’s commercial ice machines are provided by Hoshizaki America Inc. and manufactured in the United States in Peachtree City and Griffin, Georgia.
