Taylor’s compact digital professional chef thermometer has an easy-to-read 5/8” LCD display that can toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius. With a temperature range of -40°F to 392°F, the probe foodservice thermometer is specifically designed for kitchen use. The FDA-recommended step-down design of the 1.5 mm diameter probe provides accurate readings no matter what type of food you’re checking, and the probe folds into the handle when not in use to protect it, and make the thermometer more compact. The instant read thermometer has a magnet on the back for mounting on a metal shelf while you work, and comes with a 17-1/2” long lanyard to keep it handy around your neck.
