Arctic Air 72” Commercial Sandwich Prep Table (AST72R)

This standard 72” commercial sandwich prep table is built for sandwich shops, cafés, restaurants, and any commercial kitchen that needs to keep a lot of ingredients at hand. The added space of the 30” depth of this standard sandwich station equipment gives you room for an extra row of pans. It’s configured for 18 1/6 size 4” deep Lexan ingredient pans, which are included, and can accommodate 6” deep pans. And it still has space for a 5/8” thick, full-length, heavy-duty 11.375” cutting board. A hinged insulated stainless steel cover helps keep ingredients cold and protected during slow periods.

Solidly constructed with stainless steel top, front and sides, the unit has a bright white molded ABS liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning. The solid self-closing, vaulted doors have foamed-in-place recessed handles that prevent injuries to kitchen staff and other equipment when moved, and the doors stay open at 90 degrees for loading product in and out. Magnetic door gaskets provide a good seal, and can be removed without tools for easy cleaning.

Refrigeration comes from a self-contained capillary tube system that uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon gas. Extra large fan motors and blades circulate air more effectively for faster temperature recovery times and better energy efficiency. A condensate hot gas loop is built into the unit’s condensate pan to evaporate excess condensation, saving energy. An electronic thermostat provides accurate temperature control within food safety limits, and an external digital LED display makes the temperature easy to read.
