One commercial kitchen item it's hard to have too many of is a steam table pan, and this 2/3 size heavy duty stainless steel pan is perfect for a variety of applications. Constructed from rust- and corrosion-resistant 18/8 Type 304 heavy duty 22-gauge stainless steel, the hotel pan has a flat edge and jam-reduction shoulders to keep pans from sticking together when nested for storage. It also has a Saf-T-Rim to keep steam from escaping around the edges of the pan and potentially causing injury. The 2/3 size heavy gauge stainless steel steam table pan is 2-1/2" deep with a 6-Qt. capacity.
