Constructed from sturdy welded aluminum, the rolling sheet pan rack is extremely durable to withstand use in your commercial restaurant, bakery or catering operation, and has a capacity of up to 700 Lbs. The high-capacity sheet pan rack accommodates 20 standard full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, or 40 half-size 18" x 13" pans with 3" spacing between bottom-load slides. The rack is mounted on four 5" swivel casters, two with locking brakes, for easy maneuvering. The fully assembled 20-tier bun pan rack is NSF listed and measures 21″ x 26-1/2″ x 70″.
