Waring 4 Qt. Combination Batch/Continuous Food Prep Equipment (Waring Commercial WFP16SCD)

A member of Waring’s commercial food preparation equipment family, the WFP16SCD is a combination batch bowl food processor and continuous feed food prep machine. The completely sealed high impact, shatter-resistant polycarbonate bowl can knead, chop, or mix 4-Qt. batches of dry food, or blend, emulsify, or purée 2-3/4 Qt. of soups, sauces, marinades and more at a time. The sealed S-blade locks in place, so it won’t leak, even when you pour out the contents, and the bowl is clear so you can see the contents and exactly when your process is done. Add any of the cutting discs and the bowl cutter machine can slice or shred vegetables and cheese in batches. The bowl is dishwasher safe, so clean-up is a breeze.

Trade out the batch bowl for the black polycarbonate feed chute, and you’ve just turned this commercial food processing equipment into a continuous prep machine that will slice, shred, julienne, dice and grate as long as you keep feeding product into the feed chute. Accessory discs that come standard include a 3/8” dicing assembly; an adjustable slicing disc with 16 settings from 1 to 6 mm; a sealed whipping disc; and a reversible shredding disc with fine 2 mmm shreds on one side and coarser 4 mm shreds on the other. The extra-large feed chute helps you work faster. Use the small food pusher for shorter shreds and slices. The large pusher also doubles as a feed chute for the small pusher.

Heavy-duty construction with a solid, die-cast base, a 2 peak-hp motor, and a stainless steel drive shaft give it professional performance in either batch or continuous mode, and the motor is protected with a thermal overload safety switch. Safety interlocks prevent unit from turning on unless all parts are locked in place. The simple controls include ON, OFF, and PULSE buttons. The 4 Qt. combination batch/continuous food processor has a limited five-year motor warranty and two-year parts and labor warranty.
