R 2 N Commercial Kitchen Food Processor (Robot Coupe R2N)

Slice, grate, chop, mince, emulsify, shred, knead, julienne, and more with this powerful combination batch/continuous commercial kitchen food processor. Batch bowl and vegetable prep attachments can prep ingredients for up to 30 meals per service.

The industrial food processor has a 2.9-L batch bowl made of tough composite material that can process up to 2.2 Lbs. per batch. The vegetable prep attachment has two hoppers, one large 12 sq. in. kidney-shaped, and one cylindrical with a 2-1/4” diameter. Both the chute and feed lead are removable for cleaning, and are dishwasher safe. The cutter has a high resistance stainless steel smooth blade assembly, and lid with removable cap. The vegetable slicer can process up to 90 Lbs. per hour.

The combination processor has a heavy-duty direct drive 2 hp induction motor that turns the stainless steel shaft at 1,725 RPM, fast enough to power through hard vegetable slicing or emulsify a salad dressing, but not too fast for tasks such as grating or shredding cheese, or mincing herbs. Simple controls include an on/off button and a pulse button for better precision.

This Robot Coupe commercial food chopper comes supplied with a 5/64’’ grating disc and a 5/32’’ slicing disc, as well as a discharge plate and vertical pusher for the vegetable prep attachment.
