Dynamic MiniPro Commercial Immersion Blender (Dynamic MX070.1)

It’s easy to make salsas, emulsify salad dressings or blend ingredients for a tapenade with the MiniPro commercial immersion blender. A true restaurant immersion blender, but small and light enough you’ll think it’s a consumer model, the MX070.1 MiniPro is as thoughtfully designed and tough as all Dynamic products.

Just 2-1/2 Lbs., the MiniPro has a 200-watt, variable-speed motor that achieves up to 13,000 RPM to make quick work of chopping, blending, emulsifying, whipping and mashing. The least expensive industrial hand held stick blender on the market, the MX070.1 MiniPro comes with four titaniium-plated cutting blades—an emulsifying blade for making vinaigrettes, mashed potatoes, aioli, smoothies, milkshakes, bisque and hummus; a standard blade for making purées, salsas, sauces, pesto, refried beans, gravies and dressings; a batter disc for blending pancake, fish, crèpes and cake batters; and a dairy blade for making whipped cream, meringue, Hollandaise and fluffy eggs for omelets.

Ideal for most lightweight mixing, the MiniPro has a 6-1/2” stainless steel shaft that can mix up to 1 gal. of ingredients at a time, and can be removed and taken apart easily for cleaning and sanitizing. The MX070.1 commercial immersion blender is CE and ETL listed for sanitation to NSF Standard 8, and ETL listed to UL Standard 763.
