The vegetable prep attachment has two hoppers, one large 12 sq. in. kidney-shaped, and one cylindrical with a 2-1/4” diameter. Both the chute and feed lead are removable for cleaning, and are dishwasher safe. The cutter has a high resistance stainless steel smooth blade assembly, and lid with removable cap. The vegetable slicer can process up to 90 Lbs. per hour.

The combination processor has a heavy-duty direct drive 2 hp induction motor that turns the stainless steel shaft at 1,725 RPM, fast enough to power through hard vegetable slicing or emulsify a salad dressing, but not too fast for tasks such as grating or shredding cheese, mincing herbs, or dicing tomatoes and peppers for salsa. Simple controls include and on/off button and a pulse button for better precision.

This Robot Coupe food processor with commercial style dicing kit comes supplied with a 5/64” grating disc, a 5/32” slicing disc, and a 3/8” dicing kit as well as a discharge plate and vertical pusher for the vegetable prep attachment.
