This cutting board can be used for cutting any food items, but adopting a HACCP color coding system in your restaurant helps prevent cross-contamination and potential foodborne illness outbreaks. Use this cooked food cutting board for any cooked meats or leftovers, or, alternatively, use it for potatoes, carrots and root vegetables. The TableCraft Grippy board has built-in corner clips that grip countertops and raise the board to keep it from sliding on wet surfaces. The 15” x 20” cutting board also has built-in measurement markings to help your staff cut ingredients into consistent lengths. The polypropylene board is sanitary and easy to clean, resists heat, chemicals and warping, and has an integrated handle. It measures 15" x 20" x 0.5"
