The True TFP-48-18M-D2-HC is a two-section Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed to maximize prep efficiency in high-volume commercial kitchens. It features a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and a durable stainless steel insulated cover to keep ingredients fresh and at food-safe temperatures.

This unit includes:

• - A full-length 8""D x 1/2"" thick cutting board
• - (1) solid hinged door and (2) drawers, each accommodating
• - (1) 12"" x 20"" x 6"" D pan & (3) 1/9-size or (6) 1/6-size & (3) 1/9-size pans per drawer (pans not included)
• - (18) 1/6-size clear polycarbonate pans included on the top
• - (2) PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves for added storage

The stainless steel front, top, and sides ensure long-term durability, while the aluminum interior with stainless steel floor supports sanitary use. It’s equipped with 2-1/2"" castors for mobility and powered by a 1/5 HP compressor.
