Though preset to produce coarse ice shavings, you can switch to a fine setting with just two set screws. And if the blades ever jam for some reason, the snow cone machine has a safety reset button to prevent injury. The unit's horn, cutting head and pusher all are made from die-cast aluminum.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel with tinted tempered glass side panels, so customers can see ice being freshly shaved into the cabinet.
