This color-coded bulk pack features 3-1/4" paring knives, each with a razor sharp X50 Cr MoV15 German steel blade, high in carbon for hardness to help keep its edge, yet containing 15 percent chromium to make it stainless. The ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free polypropylene handles come in seven colors and provide precise control for easy peeling, slicing, and cutting. The handles also have a protective finger guard, and the knives are NSF listed, which means they won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the 3-1/4" heavy duty paring knife combines excellent cutting performance with easy edge maintenance and rapid sharpening. The color-coded paring knives come bulk packed with 46 knives in a convenient bucket.
