The handle is a cool-touch coated design that’s easy and comfortable to grip, and won’t transfer heat that could cause burns or discomfort. Because it’s 11-1/4” long and 9-1/4” high above the rim of the basket, your staff also stays safe from hot grease spatters when lowering or lifting the basket into the fry tank. The commercial deep frying basket is constructed of nickel-plated steel medium mesh wiring with a cross-support underneath that offers excellent durability when frying everything from French fries to chicken wings or mozzarella sticks. The basket’s front hook is compatible with the hangers on most fryers so you can drain product or hang the basket when not in use.
