Make taco shells from fresh tortillas with this 8-mold nickel-plated steel taco fry basket. The sturdy steel basket construction is designed to handle the wear and tear of busy commercial foodservice kitchens, then plated with nickel for a shiny, easy-to-clean finish. The frame and dividers are constructed of stainless steel for easy maintenance. Just wrap fresh tortillas around the bottom of the wire molds and place in the basket partitions, lower the basket into the fryer, and in less than a minute you'll have golden brown, crispy shells. The frame has a front hook for hanging the basket to drain the oil, or you can simply turn the basket upside down on a sheet pan, and the wire molds will come out with the taco shells on top. Let them drain and cool, and you're finished. The 8-mold nickel-plated taco fry basket measures 21-1/4" x 6-3/4" x 9" overall, with a 12" x 7" x 3" basket and stay-cool 9-1/4" angled handle.
