If you want big performance at a small cost, this 36” commercial 6-burner gas stove with oven might be just what you need. Built on a heavy-duty steel frame, the IR-6B 36” restaurant gas range has features that even more expensive models don’t, starting with four efficient high-performance 30,000 BTU/hr. cast iron burners. Each has its own pilot light for instant ignition from push-in knobs that provide high-low flame control, and an easy-to-clean 12” x 12” cast iron grate on top. A removeable crumb tray slides in under the burners to speed clean-up.
The IR-6B has a 30,000 BTU/hr. standard oven in the base with two adjustable oven racks and a door handle that’s cool to the touch. The oven is lined with chip-resistant “nano” porcelain for easy cleaning, and has a 250°F-550°F temperature range. A flame-failure safety valve shuts off gas to the pilot light in the event the pilot goes out.
The industrial gas range with oven base has durable, easy-clean stainless steel top, sides, front, backguard and overshelf, and sits on four 6” casters, two with locks. The IR-6B 36” 6-burner gas range with oven comes with an LPG conversion kit (from natural gas), and has a one-year parts and labor warranty.
