The Serv-Ware EF-06L-2 dual tank electric countertop fryer is great for making funnel cakes, fried pickle chips, fritters, hand pies, French fries, and more. It's perfect for light to medium duty applications like food trucks, concessions stands, or those specialty appetizers menu items.
Constructed with heavy duty stainless steel, this dual tank countertop deep fryer has two high-efficiency stainless heating elements that bring the two 10 lb. (2 x 1.5-Gal). capacity fry pots to temperature quickly and provide fast recovery. Each tank has an individual temperature control for each fry pot, both pots are thermostatically controlled with a temperature range of 120°F-375°F, and each tank has it's own high-limit heat protection safety switch that shuts the heating element off if the oil reaches 446°F.
Note: The Serv-Ware EF-06L-2 has two separate power cords and requires two dedicated power circuit connections with separate fusing.
This electric countertop deep fryer is CE certified, and comes with a six-month replacement parts warranty.
