Cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on this 24” commercial gas griddle. It features a 3⁄4” griddle plate for quick pre-heat, even heat distribution and fast recovery. Manual controls have an on/off control and infinite heat adjustment. Each control features an adjustable air shutter to control air and optimize combustion of the cast iron burners. Burners are every 12” and rated at 30,000 BTU/Hr. for a total output of 60,000 Btu/Hr. An LP gas (propane) conversion kit is included, making the compact griddle ideal food truck equipment. The unit has heavy-duty stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, full-width front-mounted grease trough, and removable large capacity drip pan to make clean-up easier. The front panel is removable for access to the components. Cook pancakes, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns; Reuben and grilled cheese sandwiches, or chicken breasts and steaks. As to what to cook where, griddle vs. grill, griddles have a flat surface and grills have a grate.
