This model produces full-cube ice, designed for slow melting and improved drink presentation, making it perfect for cocktails, soft drinks, and premium beverage applications.
Built with advanced True Ice™ technology, the unit features a TrueTouch® 4.3" smart touchscreen with predictive diagnostics, programmable production scheduling, and Time-of-Flight™ real-time ice level monitoring for precise and efficient operation. The unit includes a TrueNcapsuL8® sealed evaporator and TrueGuard™™ antimicrobial protection, helping inhibit mold and bacteria growth while maintaining cleaner ice production.
This T-3 configuration does NOT include the TrueZone® air purification system. As confirmed in the official spec sheet, TrueZone® is an optional accessory (sold separately) and can be added for enhanced ozone-based sanitation.
