This 30" air-cooled unit produces up to 560 lbs of half-cube ice per day, making it ideal for restaurants, bars, and beverage-focused environments. The half-cube ice format offers excellent cooling efficiency with increased surface area, making it perfect for soft drinks, cocktails, and blended beverages.
Built on the advanced True Ice™ platform, the unit features a 4.3" TrueTouch® touchscreen display with remote monitoring, programmable ice production, and Time-of-Flight™ real-time ice level detection for precise operational control. Designed for hygiene and durability, the machine includes a sealed sanitary evaporator and TrueGuard™ antimicrobial protection, helping reduce bacteria growth and maintain clean ice production.
This T-3 configuration does NOT include TrueZone®, but the air purification system is available as an optional accessory to enhance sanitation by reducing airborne contaminants in the ice bin and food zone.
Engineered for energy efficiency, the unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and operates significantly below ENERGY STAR® benchmarks, reducing operating costs while maintaining high performance.
