The Winco ALB-18 18 Quart Aluminum Brazier Pan is ideal for searing meats to a perfect golden brown at your restaurant. The 4mm, 3/16” thick aluminum construction is durable and evenly conducts heat. The 14-1/8" x 5-3/8 sized brazier has a wide cooking surface, providing excellent evaporation for flavorful stocks and sauces. It is also great for simmering soups, boiling pastas and bulk cooking in commercial kitchens. NSF Listed. Thick handles and reinforced rim for strength.
