This commercial manual vegetable slicer makes short work of the prep time needed to dice vegetables, fruit and cooked meats. With cutting grids and a blade made of surgical stainless steel to withstand food acids without pitting or staining, the patented system safely and efficiently produces a consistent dice every time and 100 percent product yield.

Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning with mild detergent and warm water, the manual vegetable cutting machine / commercial dicer has foldable legs for convenient storage. The unit comes with a 1⁄4” by 1⁄4” grid set, which can be used to dice, slice, and create food sticks, with five interchangeable grids available as accessories that produce dice from approximately 1/8” up to 3/4”. You can change out grids to meet specific needs.

Transform it into your restaurant’s manual fruit cutter, or dice tomatoes for salsa. Simply remove the top, set the new grid in place, and secure it with three latches. The grids are kept inside the unit and away from users' hands for safety. While you turn the arm and use the pusher to press food into the grid, cut food flows out the front. Suction cups on the legs help keep the unit firmly in place.
