Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning with mild detergent and warm water, the manual vegetable cutting machine / commercial dicer has foldable legs for convenient storage. The unit comes with a 1⁄4” by 1⁄4” grid set, which can be used to dice, slice, and create food sticks, with five interchangeable grids available as accessories that produce dice from approximately 1/8” up to 3/4”. You can change out grids to meet specific needs.
