Much like a bain-marie pot, this 11 Qt. stainless steel inset pan can be used for either hot or cold foods. Use in a soup warmer to keep your hot foods at their optimum serving temperature. The tapered sides and mirror polished exterior with satin interior make this vegetable inset even more elegant, however, for an upscale presentation. The perfect way to keep your soups, stews, and chili warm while you present and serve them, they’re equally at home on a cold food table keeping dressings, fruit, or salad ingredients chilled. They transition well from storage to prep to service, and their stainless steel construction makes them rust-resistant and easy to clean and maintain. They can be paired with matching lids (sold separately) for storing food, and they nest for storage when empty. They measure approximately 11-3/8” in diameter at the top, and stand 8-13/16” tall.
