Much like a bain-marie pot, this 2-1/2 Qt. stainless steel inset pan can be used in either hot or cold food wells to keep your foods at their optimum serving temperature. The tapered sides and mirror finish with satin finish interior make this vegetable inset even more elegant, however, for an upscale presentation. The perfect way to keep your soups, stews, and sauces warm while you present and serve them, they’re equally at home on a cold food table keeping dressings, fruit, or salad ingredients chilled.
