Winco Kattex™ Adjustable Manual Fruit and Vegetable Slicer (Winco FVS-1)

Quickly, easily and consistently produce uniform slices of fruits and vegetables for salads, soups, sides and specialty dishes with this adjustable manual fruit and vegetable slicer. The heavy duty commercial slicer saves time and effort by turning out slices ranging from 1/16" to 1/2" in seconds, time after time. Constructed of heavy gauge cast aluminum, the durable slicer mounts to countertops and other flat surfaces with the included mounting bracket, and can be quickly and easily removed for cleaning. The slicer features a 9-1/4" curved stainless steel blade that can be adjusted with an easy-to-use, calibrated, slice thickness gauge. You simply place produce in the holder and turn the crank handle. The adjustable manual produce slicer can accommodate fruits and vegetables up to 4” in diameter and 5-1/2” long, and the slicer measures 21" x 10-3/4" x 16".
