The True TPP-AT44-HC~SPEC3 Pizza Preparation Refrigerator from the SPEC SERIES® is engineered for high-performance pizzerias and commercial kitchens demanding precision, hygiene, and durability. This 44" prep unit features a full stainless steel construction - interior and exterior - including a stainless liner and coved-corner floor for easy cleaning and long-term reliability.

Equipped with a 19-1/2"" deep polyethylene cutting board and a stainless steel cover, it provides a clean, dedicated workspace. The unit includes six 1/3-size polycarbonate pans on the top rail (maintained at 33°F to 41°F) and two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves inside a single lockable door for additional cold storage.

The front-breathing design allows for flexible placement, while the energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and 1/4 HP compressor ensure consistent cooling.
