CookRite 18” Gas Stock Pot Range (Atosa ATSP-18-1)

This single burner commercial stock pot burner lets you quickly and easily prepare soups, sauces, stocks, stews or boiling water for pasta and potatoes in a small space. Just 18” wide, the two-valve stock pot range puts out 40,000 BTUs per burner ring, for a whopping 80,000 BTUs per hour total, enough power to bring stock pot contents to a quick boil, and enough control to keep contents at a very low simmer or bubbling merrily depending on your needs.

The liquid propane commercial stock pot stove also operates with natural gas, and can be easily switched in the field with the proper regulator. A regulator is included; specify the type you need when ordering. The ATSP-18-1 is solidly constructed with stainless steel sides, front valve cover and removable drip pan for easy cleanup. The top grate is heavy-duty cast iron to support heavy pots. The burners themselves also are heavy-duty cast iron with three rings of gas ports controlled by two manual independent valves, one for the inner ring, and one for the outer two rings. The burner has two permanent pilot lights, one for the main ring, and one for the outer rings, and both tubing and tips for the pilot lights are stainless steel.

Stainless steel legs with adjustable feet, a 3/4” NPT rear gas connecter, and a regulator come standard on this commercial restaurant stock pot range, and the unit is covered by a one-year parts and labor warranty.
