Separate front and rear cooking zones with infinite temperature controls let you cook on one and hold product on the other at safe serving temperatures for customers. The rollers have a Tru-Turn non-stick coating that's 30 percent thicker than competitive non-stick coatings, easily cleaned with a damp rag, and provide even heating across the roller grill surface, maintaining a temperature variance of less than 7ºF. The exterior cabinet is constructed of stainless steel for maximum durability, and a removable stainless steel grease pan allows cleaning throughout the day. The dependable, high torque motor is one of the most dependable in the industry, and the unit's patented bearings have a large, wide radius that provides more roller tube support, eliminates wear and wobble, and more than doubles overall bearing life. A self-aligning chain guide system provides noise-free operation, and eliminates chain slippage, and the rollers are permanently sealed at the ends to prevent grease from migrating into the motor and drive chains.
