Winco Aluminum 10" Grill Basting Cover (Winco ADBC-10)

A great addition to any commercial kitchen, this aluminum 10" grill basting cover accomplishes a variety of tasks. Use the aluminum basting cover to cook foods faster on the grill or griddle. The dome shape captures heat and moisture, and reflects it back down onto the surface of the food, making it an ideal way to melt cheese on a hamburger, steam vegetables as they grill, or keep the moisture in a fish fillet while cooking it quickly. The grill basting cover also contains the mess and grease splatter from cooking on the griddle or in a frying pan. And you can use it to cover an entrée to keep it warm until ready to serve. Made from durable aluminum, the cover withstands high heat without warping, but has a stay-cool Bakelite knob handle to keep hands safe when taking it off the grill or pan.
