The Rapi-Kool rapid cooling paddle quickly chills stew, chili or any other hot, liquid food to meet Food Code and HACCP requirements. What is an ice paddle? Constructed of durable food-safe plastic, the small ice paddle has a capacity of 64 Oz. Fill with water and freeze, or fill with ice cubes and water to chill food from the inside-out, for fast, even cooling, helping you avoid an improper cooling foodborne illness outbreak. The paddle’s unique fin design increases its surface area, exposing more food to its cold temperature. Stirring hot foods with the cold paddle will chill soups, etc., well within the time required by health codes, so workers can safely store them in a refrigerator. Easy to clean, the Rapi-Kool is dishwasher safe and is NSF certified. Dimensions are approximately 4-7/8" x 6-1/4" x 19" (W/D/H).
