Taylor Commercial Digital Food Thermometer (Taylor Precision 9306N)

Use this Taylor dual-mode commercial digital food thermometer to quickly point and shoot surface temperatures of both food and equipment or use its probe to take internal food temperatures. The benefit of this infrared probe thermometer is that it’s really two thermometers in one. In infrared mode, the unit has a temperature range of -67°F to 482°F (+/- 2°F), a 1/2-second response time, 3:1 spot to distance ratio, and 0.5-degree resolution. Fold out the 4” stem probe, and you can take product core temperatures; the probe has a range of -67°F to 686°F, accurate to within +/- 1°F. Other features include a min/max HACCP warning light, hold, and auto shut-off. The compact dual mode probe digital thermometer is a little more than 6-1/4” in length, operates on two AAA batteries (included), and comes with a carrying case.
