The #10 disher has an ergonomic color-coded ivory handle, which makes it easy to see at a glance which size you’re grabbing. And the size also is stamped on the knife blade inside the scoop’s bowl. The handle is dishwasher-safe polypropylene, and the durable scoop is 18/8 stainless steel. The two-piece thumb-press lever, designed for right-handers, operates the quick-release blade that scrapes the scoop clean, minimizing waste and maximizing portion control.
