Made of X50 Cr MoV15 German steel, the carving fork has a high chromium content, which offers great corrosion resistance, and its mixture of vanadium and carbon provides the steel good wear resistance. The fully forged full-tang construction also features a durable polyoxymethylene (POM) handle that resists fading and discoloration. The injection molded handle helps achieve balanced weight distribution to lessen stress on your hand and wrist, and a six-spot advanced polishing process produces a more comfortable grip. The extra heavyweight commercial carving fork is NSF listed, and measures 14".
