The clear hinged, lift-up sound enclosure also lifts off completely for easy cleaning. The peak 3 hp motor is designed to deliver consistent power without bogging down, even with the toughest ingredients, like crushing ice. The patented asymmetrical blade blends at four different angles to pull ingredients into the blending vortex for smooth, consistent results, even taking on whole fruits, but the unit also has a tamper to push thicker ingredients into the vortex for more even blending.

This restaurant blender with sound enclosure box has a die-cast, heavy-duty, silver metal base that provides stability and is easy to clean. A unique die-cast cord cleat in the back provides convenient cord storage, and the 6-Ft. power cord detaches when you want to store the blender base where it won’t take up counter space.

Controls include high, medium and low speed options, plus pulse and variable timer control, which ranges from 5-60 seconds. This cycle starts at a low rpm for thorough ingredient incorporation and then ramps up to a high speed, and lets you manage other tasks while the blender runs automatically.
