They appear similar to medium carbon-less checks, but require a carbon-paper insert to create a duplicate copy. Menu prompts encourage up-selling of the full menu, checks and receipt stubs are numbered, and the checks have 17 lines including “Tax” and “Total” lines. The green and white restaurant order pads measure 3-1/2” x 6-3/4” and come shrink-wrapped in books of 50 guest checks, packed 50 books per case, for a total of 2,500.
