Browne 8" Fine Double-Mesh Strainer (Browne USA 18098)

Sift flour, dust pastries with powdered sugar, strain puréed food or a fruit coulis with this fine double-mesh strainer. Constructed from rust-resistant stainless steel, the strainer's two layers of fine mesh are fastened onto a heavy duty, large gauge wire frame with a stainless steel rim and sanitary plastic handle. Drainage holes on the rim ensure that any liquid or food isn't trapped, and speeds drying after cleaning. A hook on the rim opposite the handle lets you set the strainer on a pot or bowl, leaving your hands free to work. The fine double-mesh strainer is dishwasher safe, and measures 8" in diameter.
