Designed with advanced True Ice™ technology, this unit produces full-cube ice, which melts slower and enhances drink presentation by reducing dilution-perfect for premium beverages and high-end service.
Equipped with a TrueTouch® 4.3" smart touchscreen, the machine offers intuitive controls, predictive diagnostics, programmable ice production scheduling, and Time-of-Flight™ ice level monitoring for precise operation.
The unit includes TrueGuard™™ antimicrobial protection and a TrueNcapsuL8® sealed evaporator, helping inhibit bacteria growth and maintain cleaner ice production.
This T-3 configuration does NOT include the TrueZone® air purification system, but it remains compatible as an optional accessory if enhanced ozone-based sanitation is required.
