This model produces half-cube ice, designed for rapid cooling and high-volume beverage service such as soft drinks, iced coffee, and fountain beverages.
Powered by advanced True Ice™ technology, the unit features a TrueTouch® 4.3" smart touchscreen with intuitive controls, real-time monitoring, programmable ice production, and Time-of-Flight™ ice level detection for precise operation and reduced downtime. Built with a TrueNcapsuL8® sealed evaporator and TrueGuard™ antimicrobial protection, it helps maintain cleaner ice and improved sanitation throughout the food zone.
This T-3 configuration does NOT include the TrueZone® air purification system, but it is compatible as an optional add-on for enhanced ozone-based sanitation.
With an eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and energy-efficient performance (up to 20–37% below industry standards), this unit helps reduce operating costs while maintaining consistent ice output.
