This USED Robot Coupe model R45 T vertical mixer cutter (VCM) is a commercial industrial grade food processor for medium to large scale operations. It is a floor-standing model with a large capacity 45-liter stainless steel bowl capacity. This unit can be used for mixing, chopping, kneading, emulsifying, and grinding ingredients on a large scale quickly and efficiently. The R45 T tilts at more than 90 degrees to empty product from its bowl and features Robot Coupe’s lift-off bowl, making it ideal for cleaning.
