CMA’s Energy Mizer GL-X small commercial undercounter glass washer, is a low-temperature glass washer capable of washing 30 racks per hour while using only 1.7 gallons of water per cycle. The GL-X is easy to use, fast and efficient, while conserving water, energy and chemicals. This undercounter commercial glassware washing machine is designed to produce sparkling clean glassware utilizing a unique built-in sustainer heater system that provides consistent wash water temperatures of between 120°F and 130°F.
The GL-X is constructed entirely of stainless steel, ensuring a long life of trouble-free operation. A unique spray arm system uses upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps. And built-in chemical pumps for washing, sanitizing and a special de-liming system dispense the right amount every time. A pump purging system improves results by eliminating soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle, and a pumped drain gives you flexibility around where you place the machine—no floor drain is required under the machine itself.
Controls are simple—a power button turns the machine on; a Fill/Start button fills the washing chamber with water and starts a cycle; and a Drain button empties the machine at the end of a shift or day, or whenever dirty water needs replacing. All the electrical components are attached to a slide-out tray for easy servicing.
The GL-X restaurant undercounter bar glass washer accommodates standard glass racks, and has an 11-3/4” clearance height for glassware, beer pitchers and blender cups.
