CMA’s H-1X high-temperature commercial undercounter glass washer, is capable of washing 24 racks per hour (excluding NSF 30-sec. load/unload time). The H-1X is easy to use, fast and efficient, while ensuring your glassware is properly sanitized with high-temperature water. This undercounter commercial glass washing machine is designed to produce sparkling clean glassware utilizing a unique built-in 5 kW booster heater that provides consistent wash water temperatures of between 150°F and 160°F and final rinse water temperatures of between 180°F and 195°F.

The H-1X is constructed entirely of stainless steel, ensuring a long life of trouble-free operation. A unique spray arm system uses upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps. And a built-in chemical pump for detergent dispenses the right amount every time. A pump purging system improves results by eliminating soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle, and a pumped drain gives you flexibility around where you place the machine—no floor drain is required under the machine itself. A dump-and-fill cycle drains the wash water and refills the tank with fresh hot water for the rinse cycle, and a safety switch ensures that the final rinse water is the proper temperature before the machine completes the cycle.

Controls are simple and easy to understand, and operation is completely automatic including automatic wash tank fill at the start of the day. A top-mounted LCD display keeps users informed of the glass washer’s status.

The H-1X industrial glass washer accommodates standard glass racks, and has a 14-1/2” clearance height for glassware, beer pitchers and blender cups.
