The commercial upright refrigerator features stainless steel exterior construction on top, front, and sides, and a white aluminum, spacious 23 Cu. Ft. interior with three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, and a stainless steel floor with coved corners that’s impervious to spills and easy to clean. The vaulted, self-closing solid door has a foamed-in-place recessed handle and stays open at 90 degrees for loading product in and out. The magnetic door gasket provides a tight seal and is removable and replaceable without tools for cleaning.

A self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon gas is front-breathing and bottom-mounted where kitchen air is cooler, allowing the compressor to operate more efficiently. The condenser unit is on a slide-out rack accessible from the front for easy cleaning and maintenance. Large fan motors and blades circulate air more efficiently throughout the cabinet, ensuring faster recovery time. An efficient condensate hot gas loop is built into the condensate pan for energy saving evaporation of excess condensate water.

Constant food-safe temperatures between 33ºF and 41ºF are maintained by an accurate electronic thermostat, which you can monitor with an easy-to-read external digital LED display.
