The IR-4B has a 30,000 BTU/hr. standard oven in the base with two adjustable oven racks and a door handle that’s cool to the touch. The oven is lined with chip-resistant “nano” porcelain for easy cleaning, and has a 250°F-550°F temperature range. A flame-failure safety valve shuts off gas to the pilot light in the event the pilot goes out.
