The ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free purple polypropylene handle provides precise control for easy peeling, slicing, and cutting, and indicates that the knife is to be used with allergen-free ingredients only. The handle also has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand.
